Crawfish Fettuccine 11

1 lb crawfish
1/4 lb margarine
1 large onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
4 tsp dehydrated parsley
4 tsp flour
2/3 cup half & half milk
1/3 lb Velveeta mild Mexican cheese
12 oz egg noodles, cooked according to package directions

Melt margarine in large saucepan. Saute vegetables until wilted. Add parsley and crawfish. Cook 10 minutes. Add flour and half and half milk; mix well. Add cheese and stir until well blended. Simmer 30 minutes. Mix with cooked noodles. Top with grated cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350F.
