Fry bacon dry and set aside. Place fish in a buttered baking pan. Saute onions and bell pepper in butter until soft. Blend together cream cheese, white wine, horseradish, mustard, salt, pepper and onion. Pour over fish and top with crumbled bacon & parsley. Bake in a 350F degree oven for 35 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
