White Worcestershire sauce
Tomatoes

Grill redfish medium heat, fillet fish. Leave scales and skin an one side. Place side with scales and skin on grill. Baste fish in lemon, onion, and white Worcestershire sauce. Place sliced onions and tomatoes on fish. Cook until tomatoes and onions are tender. Meat falls away from skin when done.
