Set aside cooked spaghetti and shrimp.
Heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil in sauce pan on medium flame. Add onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic and pepper. Lower flame and saute for three minutes. Add the 2 large cans of Hunts tomato sauce and 1 cup of water, put lid on pot, and let cook for 30 minutes longer.
After cooking for 30 minutes add shrimp, crawfish and crab meat
Add to taste, salt, red pepper, black pepper and garlic powder.
Cook for 13 minutes longer.
Mix in spaghetti. Simmer for seven minutes with lid on. Serve hot. Best served with a garden salad and sliced garlic bread.
