Melt butter in skillet, then add green onions, garlic and mushrooms and saute until tender. Add shrimp and cook slowly until shrimp turns pink. Add brandy, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings and cook for a few minutes, stirring gently.
Pour over toast or pasta (angel hair) and sprinkle with fresh Romano cheese. For a variation to the above recipe, add 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, and it gives the dish another dimension. Season with a little fresh basil.
