Braised Cabbage

1-1/2 lb Shredded Cabbage
3 Grated Carrot
3 tbs Butter
4 Stalks Chive
Salt
Pepper

*** In skillet heat butter until foamy. Add chives and sauté until tender. Add green cabbage and carrots. Sauté over high heat until tender but crisp, about 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you don't have scallions, onions are the next best substitute.

Yield: 4 Servings
