Scalloped Potatoes 3

6 Peeled Potato
1 Sliced Onion
3 tbs Butter
3 tbs Flour
1 qt Milk
Salt
Pepper

*** Slice potatoes thinly. Grease baking dish and place a row of potatoes in it. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and dot with butter. Add a row of thinly sliced onion and sprinkle again. Pour scalded milk over the last layer and dot with butter. Bake at 370F for 1 hour.

Note: May add a layer of sliced ham.

Yield: 5 Servings
