Italian Baked Eggplant

4 eggplants, peeled and cubed
2 lbs. hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cans tomato sauce special
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon Lea and Perrin
1 tablespoon sugar teaspoon
Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon Accent cups
1/2 Italian bread crumbs

Cook eggplant in boiling water until tender. Brown meat, onion and green pepper in skillet. Drain eggplant and mash. (Drain any grease off of meat.) Combine all ingredients except the bread crumbs. Mix well. Place in a casserole. Top with the bread crumbs. Bake covered at 350F for 30 minutes.
