Special Utensils- large bowl
Cook pasta according to package directions and rinse in cold water. Toss all ingredients together except oil and dry dressing and vinegar in large bowl. Whisk together oil, dry dressing mix and vinegar in separate bowl and pour over salad, toss again and chill for 3 hours.
Note:
Salad is best the next day when completely chilled. (You can use other vegetables in this: i.e. tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. but they do not keep well for prolonged periods.) Best with barbecue or on its own as light lunch.
