12 ounces pared potatoes, boiled
1 tablespoon PLUS 1 teaspoon margarine
2/3 cup milk
2-1/2 cups shredded green cabbage, blanched
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
Cooking spray

In medium mixing bowl, combine potatoes and margarine Using a potato masher or electric mixer and gradually adding milk mash potatoes until smooth. Stir it cabbage, parsley, salt and pepper set aside.

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 8" nonstick skillet with non stick cooking spray. Add onions; cook over medium-high heat until translucent. Add onions to potato mixture, stirring to combine.

Spray 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray; spread potato mixture in even layer and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until potatoes are heated through and cheese is golden brown, 30-40 minutes.
