Italian Zucchini Pie

4 cups sliced zucchini
1 cup chopped onions
1 stick margarine (1/4 lb)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 package (8 ounces) crescent dinner rolls
2 teaspoons mustard
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Special Utensils: large mixing bowl, 10 inch pie plate

Preheat/bake Oven: 375F.

Cook for 10-15 minutes: zucchini, onions, margarine. Add all other ingredients except dinner rolls and mustard. Press crescent rolls in bottom and sides of pie plate. Over this, spread the 2 teaspoons of mustard. Pour mixture over this and bake.

Serve warm.
