In a small bowl combine butter, minced chives, minced parsley and minced radish. Season with salt and beat until blended. Spread each bread slice with 1 tablespoon of herb-radish butter. Cut each into 4 neat squares.
To decorate; place 2 radish slices, slightly overlapping on each square. Place a chive blade at the bottom to form the stem for the flower. and a sprig of parsley at the base of each chive blade to form a leaf.
Yield: 32 sandwiches
