Spinach Supreme 1

2 packages frozen chopped spinach
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup spinach liquid
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon celery salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
3/4 teaspoon salt
One 6-ounce roll garlic cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One 16-ounce can artichoke hearts
Red pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. Cook spinach according to package directions Drain and reserve 1/2 cup liquid. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add flour and stir until blended. Add onion and cook until soft. Add milk and reserved spinach liquid slowly and cook, stirring until smooth and thick. Add seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. Cook stirring, until cheese is melted, then stir in spinach. Place in a casserole dish and cover with buttered bread crumbs.
