Cook frozen peas as package label directions. Drain. Set aside to cool. Using large knife, slice lettuce. Place shredded lettuce in 2 quart dish on top of lettuce. Layer green pepper, onion, celery and peas. Spread mayonnaise gently on top of peas. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Boil tomatoes 40 minutes. Drain. Cube tomatoes, orange, in single layer in place; sprinkle with small amount of dressing. In large skillet fry bacon. Remove salad from refrigerator; uncover and arrange alternate rows of tomatoes cubes, olives, and sliced hard cooked eggs. Place bacon around the edge. Pour remaining dressing over the salad.
