Carrot Souffle

One 16 oz can carrots
1/4 lb margarine
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbs flour
1 tsp vanilla

Drain carrots, melt margarine, add carrots and put in blender. Add rest of ingredients and blend. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
