Cheese Potatoes

2 lb tator tots or hash browns
1/4 lb butter
1 lb Velveeta Cheese
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of Celery soup

Mix all ingredients, except potatoes. Heat mixture over low heat until melted. Spread potatoes in large dish. Pour cheese mixture over top of potatoes Bake for 30 minutes at 350F or until cheese turns brown.
