Grilled Vegetables

Your choice:
zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, onions bell pepper eggplant

Wash and slice vegetables thickly (1/2 inch). Piece on baking tray and spray with olive oil -Pam. Sprinkle on favorite seasoning (fresh or dried). Basil, oregano (Greek or Italian), bay leaf, thyme. Grill on barbecue or in 400F oven until crisp tender. (Oven about 20 minutes.)
