Scrub potatoes. Cut each crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices. Blend butter or margarine and onion soup mix; spread on one side of each potato slice. Reassemble potatoes; wrap each in foil, sealing well. Bake on grill over coals for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done, turning once.
