Smothered Cabbage and Crawfish

1 large head cabbage, cut in pieces
1 large onion, chopped
4 or 5 celery stalks, chopped
1 can chicken broth
1 can water
1 lb crawfish tails
Salt and pepper to taste

Smother cabbage with onions, celery, chicken broth, water, salt and pepper until cooked. Add crawfish tails and cook for 10 minutes. Serve alone or with rice.
