Remove fresh sausage from casing. Mix with ground turkey. Add onion, celery, 1/2 bell pepper and seasoning. Cook until any greases rise to top. Remove grease with large spoon. Add bread crumbs to mixture. Cut bell peppers in half. Stuff each 1/2 full with stuffing. Place peppers in baking pan with 1/2 cup water in bottom of pan. Sprinkle tops with bread crumbs. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes at 400F.
